Bottle from Lekkerbier, St. Nicolaasga. Aroma is roasted malt with notes of liquorice and caramel. Flavour is above moderate sweet with a decent roasty bitterness. Body is light to medium. Light but nicely roasty Porter, goes down well.

Dark brown from the bottle. The foamy head soon fades. Aroma has notes of chocolate and toast but also delves into nail polishy, medicinal realms. Taste is rather tart with a mild toasted bitterness. Body is to the light side of medium, watery, lacks heft. Drinkable.. but just so.
