Tap. Hazy amber color with white head. Aroma is grains, earthy, caramel. Taste is grainy, caramel, earthy. Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Fun enough, but a bit too rustic.

500ml bottle. Very nice, crystal clear, dark copper-ish, red-brown colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Rather weak, mellow malty, minimally nutty, malty aroma, a touch of toffee, fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of red currant. Taste is minimally sweet malty, with a nutty touch of nougat, toffee, fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of red currant; watery texture.

Bottle @ Oberfranken Neuheiten, Summer Bottleshare Odense, Summer 2018. Pours hazy deep amber with a creamy white head. Slight tart fruity edge. Meaty and caramelly with the tartness overwhelming. Infected in a bad way.

500ml Bottle - Hazy copper/dark amber in colour. Roasted malt, nuts and some earthy notes in the aroma. Nutty, biscuity and slightly roasted taste with caramel, sultanas and hazelnuts. Rough around the edges but fine.

Pours darker amber, bit unclear. very small, creamy, seemingly stable white foam. Smell is rich, malty, tad toasty, bit herbal by the hops, clean fermentation profile. Taste is midlly toasty, tad herbal ( almost minthy ) by the hops. Caramel maltyness, weird setup for the beer as a whole. perhaps mildly metallic towards the finish. Not too great, but no real problematic issues.

Smooth mild beginning. Easy to drink with hints of grain and a smooth caramelly but not too sweet body. No bitterness in the end, nice and round.
