No revolution here with this trappist beer of the sunny country of Roma. For the St-Valentin, this one was perfect, boozy, fruity, a bit syrupy, notes of plum, apricot, normal hop at the final. 14.02.2021

Pour is a hazy orange with a large white head. Aroma is fruity yeast esters and I guess eucalyptus, Flavor is candi sugar with some white wine and a bit of caramel. Finish is a little spicy with notes of caramel. A different triple but this still pretty good.

Bottiglia. In gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità . Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi ed eucalipto.

Bottle from Beerwulf. Aroma is spicy and herbal with eucalyptus, yeast, malt, notes of ginger and anise, mint, light candied fruits. Flavour is fairly sweet with a light bitterness. Body is medium. Very spicy and herbal with the eucalyptus and other spicy associations, okay but not really my thing.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy orange colored brew with dry bitter taste with some carbonation, hints of mediterranean herbs. This some different Trappist approach, have to used that eucalyptus thing.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark golf with an off white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains and light flora with dates and a bit of candied citrus underlying. Flavor has sweet grains and dates with some flora and a bit of sweet citrus backing.

Bottle @ Monk's Pub, Chicago (Aug 2023). Pours cloudy dark yellow-orange with a very small frothy off-white head that's practically just a ring in the glass, faint eucalyptus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter taste with sharp eucalyptus flavor, thin body, long eucalyptus finish. Interesting brew, eucalyptus works well but a little too pungent.

330 ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber with light head. Definite eucalyptus. Add malts. Not much of a Triple though maybe some yeast under the eucalyptus. Unique though and I would have another.
