A meticulously curated blend of the best of what our barrel room holds. Kentucky Brunch takes time and care to mature, and those that take the time and care in pouring the beer will experience the development of a delayed-release, mocha hued head. Intense aromatics of espresso and maple syrup lead into bourbon drenched maple candy and chocolate brownies on the palate. The culmination of everything one would want on a chilly morning.

12oz bottle drunk 8/9/25. 2024 vintage.
Clear, maple, mahogany, small, light tan head.
Wow that's a lot of caramel macchiato. Wheres the bourbon, though?
Tired of asking where's the barrel in TG stouts. It's a tasty beer, great caramel and vanilla and coffee. Nice lightly syrupy texture. But wheres the barrel?
