Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks beerandbeyond. Cloudy yellow. Fruity esters, grains, a bit of spiciness, sweetish, wheat, light tart note. Decent and easy-drinking.

Pours hazy ochre with a thin, foamy, white head; little lacing. The aroma contains wheat, citrus, lemon peel, yeast, hay, oat, pineapple and bread. It tastes light fruity sweet, hints of pineapple & bread, and light to medium grainy bitter, some yeast & faint banana; sourish wheat in the back. Dry, grainy, grassy hoppy finish, lingering yeast & banana. Medium body, 'fatty' slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Balancing somewhere between a Witbier and a Hefeweizen, with an authentic feel to it. Good.

Bottle courtesy of Geraint and Helen, cheers you two, consumed at home Thursday 26th January 2017. Pours light gold with a sticky white head atop. Soft in the mouth, it’s dry, fruity and quite a decent beer, a lagery flinty edge to this. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4

A cloudy yellow gold pour with a large frothy white head. A grainy, musty, sour dough aroma with some biscuit notes. A sweet grain flavour, quite fruity with some spiciness and a musty yeasty taste in the finish.

Trist. Drickbar iaf.
