Аромат слегка похож на шампанское как и бутылка. Легкая хмелевая сухость, кислинка, дрожжи. Цвет мутный немного, пена просто адски стойкая, белая пышная. Вкус сильно карбонизированный, очень сухой, немного травянистости. При глотке хмелевая престность и сухость.Имеется кислинка, причем продолжительная и постоянная. В целом дествительно похож на шампусик, мне зашел.

Eingetrübte goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, fruchtiger, hopfiger, leicht säuerlicher Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, hopfig, fruchtig nach Pfirsichen, leicht säuerlich. Hohe Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, voller Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle 0.75l at Ihme, Helsinki. BBE 02/07/2024. Color is murky golden with large white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, apricot, musty cellar elements, malts... funky elements too.

Hazy orange golden in the glass and a fine frothy white head Pleasant intensity in the aroma Balanced sweetness and a fine mild acidity in the back Not to high carbonation level. My 700th. Beautiful creamy head. Cloudy. Aroma of fresh hops, citrus and honey. Very hoppy flavor. Herbal, pepper, citrus. Alcoholic. Strong champagne-like mousse. A big and complex beer well worth the high price ($ 8,- a bottle)

75cl bottle from Carrefour, shared with mom, dad & Anke - cheers to our new job! Pours hazy yellow with a lasting, thick, foamy, white head. Aroma of lemon zest, young mandarin, grass, apple & banana peel, hay, vanilla, white grapes, yeast, cheese. Taste is medium fruity sweet, notes of peach, apple, some orange & 'estery' banana, but all in a refined (and not overripe) manner, sourish lemony undertone, supportive yeasty & bready edges on which bitter accents of grass, hay, grapes lead the way to a dry, grassy-floral hoppy finish where yellow fruit & yeast linger, as well as a firm but still elegant dash of warming champagne-like alcohol. Medium to full body, slick-creamy texture, lively carbonation. Excellent champagne beer, I prefer this over DeuS and frankly, most of the Brut IPAs I've had up until now.

Hazy golden blond colour, white foam. Nose is sweet and fruity, lots of apricot and some banana. Lively carbonation. Ok.

Il y a certaines notes sur ratebeer qui restent un mystère pour moi. Celle de Malheur Brut en fait partie. Vous me direz que certains boivent de la Heineken et de la Kronembourg, et soit...mais nous sommes ici sur un site de connaisseurs et il est incompréhensible de ne pas s'apercevoir lors de la dégustation à la fois le déséquilibre patent de cette bière et les limites aromatiques. Cette malheur surfe donc-t-elle sur son aura? A la limite, je comprends ceux qui vont apprécier une Deus pour le travail proche du champagne, mais la nous sommes clairement sur de la bière et pas des meilleures. En verre, rien d'exceptionnel avec un blond trouble surmonté d'une mousse blanche crémeuse d'un cm. Le nez est très levuré et se porte sur un mélange fruits jeunes (pêche et agrumes) avec une pointe d'épices et une pointe d'acidité. L'attaque reprend avec cette petite acidité, toujours sur le fruit et avec un alcool mal intégré dissonant. D'ailleurs dès la seconde bouche ce dernier avec ses 11 % Abv devient nettement dominant. L'arrière bouche plus acide est nettement instable. L'amertume quant à elle n'est pas très poussée. Sur la suite l'alcool prend très nettement l'ascendant pour un final d'une bonne longueur mais sans grand intérêt Le sucre est de surcroît un peu trop présent en la bouche en est alourdit. Bref, ça part dans tous les sens, les arômes ne sont pas exceptionnels pour une bière très passable.

T: very high carbonation but goes to very smooth mouthfeel, fruity, bready, yeasty, bit honey, bit vanilla, peach, bit orange, bit dried fruits, floral, nice complex full body, excellent example champagne BSA, 75cl bottle from Delhaize Chazal @ Schaerbeek in Brussels.
