Draft at Kaapse beer festival. Hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma of citrus, light fruits and malt. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Kaapse Brouwers festival. Hazy orange dark golden with off white head. Fresh fruits with apple and passion fruits, chalk, herbs, light caramel. Light sweet and under medium bitter. Under medium bodied with watery feel.

Tap at Kaapse 2nd Anniversary. Hazy amber with white head. Hoppy nose *sneeze*. Caramel, hops, chalk, resin. Light sweet, medium bitter. Thin body, medium carbonation. Sessionable indeed!

Bottle from La Vache Folle, best before 12- 2016, lote 160302. Hazy golden coloured with a white head. Nose is light caramel, citrus, bit of fruits. Flavour is caramel malts, citrus, bit of tropical fruits, Low-medium carbonation. Slightly light bodied. Well done for a 3.5% beer.

33cl. Very fresh and smooth beginning. Lots of pine and floral hops but a thin and watery body. Very fresh/refreshing with a moderate nice bitterness and lots of fresh floral hops. Interesting and great floral with a thin and not too sweet body.

Sample draft @ ACBF 2015. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme est simplement divin au niveau des houblons, fruités, note de pin. Palais est comme un jus de pin, saveur de forêt avec un résiduel huileux. Malt reste tout de même présent quoique en retrait. Retrouve aussi un léger côté tropical. Pour une Pale ale, le malt reste cependant très discret et à seulement 3.5% c’est fortement et audacieusement bien buvable.

Sampled draft @ ACBF 2015. Hazy golden, solid huge head. Nose is sweet orange, peach hops, fruity, very hopy with some light yeast. Yeasty peal, apricot hops, some sweetness, sugar, yeasty but plenty of fruity hops, light onion hops. Touch yeasty body. Pretty nice. (Thanks for sharing people!!!)
