Cask at EBF April. Aroma is nutty and fruity but low key. Opaque dark brown. Foamy beige head thins in the middle. Bitter with a fruity streak. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Bland Barley Wine.

Аромат богатый и даже сложный, есть нотки сливы а также сразу винчик и бочка, конечно же много солода, плюс есть специи а также нотки сладкие что то вроде ликера с яблочным пирогом. Цвет очень темный коричневый, пенка слабая. Вкус тоже сложный, но ни такой интересный в целом. Снова немного кислые нотки от винограда и сливы. Далее специи. При глотке солодовый удар, вместе с алкоголем, но не противным. Специи продолжаются, прямо перчиком отдает. Нормальный барлик в целом.

Cask@Akkurat, Stockholm. Deep brown colour with a mediumsized beige head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is caramel, cocoa, some chocolate and mild herbal tones with some dried fruits too. Flavour is caramel, some floral, dried fruits, chocolaty and some toasted tones. More an old ale than balrey wine.

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Dark brown, mid sized head. Rich aroma of caramel and cocoa powder. Mid sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and hay, some chocolate. Long bitter finish. Mild and rich.

Cask at the Waterloo Tap, 11/04/18. Rich mahogany brown with a decent beige cap. Nose is fruit cake, raisins, cocoa powder, light pipe tobacco. Taste comprises dried fruits, light spice, brown sugar, toffee, bread pudding. Medium bodied with bite, soft carbonation, light boosty tickle in the close. Ok stuff ... drinks below the ABV but lacks a bit of depth.

Festival der Bierkulturen. Klare dunkel orange braune Farbe, geringe beige Schaumkrone. Geruch intensiv malzig, Karamell, nussig. Geschmack intensiv malzig, nussig, Vanille, etwas Holz, leicht alkoholisch.

Craft Clerkenwell. Cask. Almost clear deep red - brown beer. Palate is smooth and semi dry. Modest fine carbonation. Smooth sweetish malts. Bubblegum esters, somewhat spicy. Touch of tangy fruits before a dry and slightly bitter finish. Over dry and a bit stodgy but not bad by any means.

Tap at the Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell. Poured a clear dark brown with a thin round off white head. The aroma is big malt, over ripe red fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter sweet with a rich cherry fruit yeast mineral palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
