Handpump at Bishop's Arms, Malmö, Norra Vallgatan; Jan 2014
Hazy golden color with generous head. Strong sweaty smell, armpits, with some raspberry. Good body structure; the mouthfeel is partially round; malt flavor, moderate sweetness, cheesy feeling, and light berry impression; ordinary bitterness. The final is also a bit dusty.
Confused beer, not very pleasant.

Can’t see a date, but presumably ancient bottle. But you never know with brett.. Orangey brown with a white head that fades to a coat. Couldn’t avoid the chunks. Strong lemony aroma with some lime leaf, twigs, underripe passionfruit, green mango. A bit earthy and a touch of boot polish. Vaguely slippery, has some body. Moderate carbonation. Fruity (tropical, citrus) with some caramelised grain. Dry at the end with more funk than zip from the brett. and gentle spices. Interesting.

Tap at the Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden. Poured a clear medium amber. The flavour is acid citrus with a spicy yeast citrus mineral palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Beautiful, dark orange coloured, a head is big and blond. The aroma is complex, lots of fruits, some fructose, bananas, some green apples and sourness. Taste is fruitful, more sour than aroma, actually the sourness is quite strong, grapes, lether, some bitterness that is strenghter in the end. Medium bodied, fresh to drink. Interesting asuccefully beer, the taste wasn’t so great as aroma.

Bottle. Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Hazy gold. Bubbly, white, dissipating head. Very spicy, ginger biscuit maltiness. Light, toffee apple sweetness. Taste has surprising, grassy, zesty bitterness. Smooth, rich palate. Finishes dry, and really quite bitter. Very tasty. Bit too dry, for me.
