Bottle at Red Ant, RBESG 2016. Very hazy brown with a ring tan head. Aroma of big malt, toffee, butterscotch and light fruity hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Orange peel coming out and lingering long in the finish as you drink. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [08-07-2016]

RBESG 2016 in Barcelona. Shared bottle at the Red Ant. Brown colour. Too malty, unfresh and sweetish in aroma and flavour., with fairly moderate hops. Not a favourite of mine.

330ml bottle @ the 11th Shrewsbury Bottle Share, Feb 15, thanks to Paolo. Pours cloudy chestnut. Aroma has a light, sweet maltiness. Taste is peach melba, marmalade & citrus. Alright but that’s it.

Shared bottle on 17th Feb 2015 at the Shrewsbury Bottle exchange meeting. Cloudy pour to this reddy brown brew, not much of a head. Marmalade came to mind as I sniffed and tasted this beer, very orangey in nature and semi-sweet in the flavour, light malts also play a part in both the aroma and taste. I liked it, my sweet tooth picking up on the sweeter side of the citrus fruitiness of the beer.

[33cl bottle from Beer52.com as Art La Indiana Catalan IPA. A hazy chestnut colour with a thin cream head; rich resinous hop aroma; well balanced by a sweet malty body; and a satisfying, warming finish with lingering caramel and leafy hops. Rather good.

Gusher. Medium beige head. Brown body with lots of big floaties. Licorice and fruit aroma (?!) with earthy wooden notes. Dryish licorice and wood taste with spicy herbal earthy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, flat mouthfeel. Dryish resiny herbal lavender aftertaste with licorice notes. This is an IPA? Pretty good beer, though. (0.33l bottle, from Homo Sibaris, Barcelona.)
