Cask at the CP&K, 29/12/14. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is peach, straw, earthy hop notes, orange pith, ripe melon. Taste comprises melon, straw, citric peel. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Ok golden blonde but not much mosaic action for me. Not an APA, lacks hops.

Bottle shared at chriso’s winter tasting 7/12/2014. clear light golden coloured pour with a big likely frothy white head. Aroma is earthy citrus, with some tropical fruit, a little bit of straw. Flavour is clean and crisp Base malts, straw, tropical fruit, lemon rind. Super drinkable Palate so light and earthy, with a little carbonation. Really decent.

Bottle shared at chriso’s pre-Christmas tasting. Pours clear yellow with a lively, white foam head. Very pleasant lemony hops in the nose with accents of melon, straw and pale bread. Light sweet flavor with nice melon character, some tangerine, pale bread, subtle grassy bitterness. Light bodied and over-carbonated. A little drying on the finish with more melon, tangerine, mild lemon rind, hay, some pale grains. Decent.

Cask half-pint in The Euston Tap on 12th Sep 2014. Poured a pale golden colour with a white cap. Yet another ’single hop’ beer I struggled to really enjoy. There was some citrusy grapefruit aromas and tastes but I found it a bit one dimensional to be honest: nothing really wrong with it, but I am fed up with golden citrus flavoured beers. Scored objectively.

Cask handpull at Craft Covent Garden. Clear pale gold lasting white head. Tropical fruit mango fruit beer. Pretty spectacular in terms of tropical fruit. Faint bitterness on the finish but this is all about the massive tropical fruit. Amazing flavour.

Euston Tap. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer, little white head. Palate is dry with good fine carbonation. A slight rawness to the pale malt. Hops are citric but for me not noticeably Mosaic - picking up no Passion Fruit or skunk, instead it is bitter peel and pith here. Dry crisp finish with (at last) a trace of passion fruit. Bitter grapefruit peel aftertaste.
