bottle. Hazy golden colour, id-sized hwite head. Malty base that suzppoets the shy but aromatic hops quite well. Well-balanced golden ale.

19/8/2013. Cask handpull at the Keystone, Guildford, Surrey. Bronze colour with a small rather flat head. Minimal carbonation. Malty floral aroma. Also 20/1/2026. Almost 12 years later! At Crosse Keys, London. See photo. Best pint on offer! Liked it a bit more today.

500ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Oct 19. Thanks Mike. Pours a misty golden amber, sparse frothy bubbles atop. Aroma is caramel, marmalade.. good balanced sweetness to it, marmalade, juicy toffee fruit. Not bad, not great. AUG 9TH 2013 Cask at Camp Bestival, Lulworth. Mild, uncomplicated, full-tasting ale. Has a pleasing aftertaste, almost verging on orange zest without actually getting there.

500 ml bottle sampled in 2009. Slightly hazy golden body with a small off-white head. Light but quite nice aroma of malt and a bit undefined hop aroma. Flavor is light malty with low bitterness, not much flavor actually. Thin body and weak aftertaste. Rather boring.
