On a quest to brew a witbier chock full of flavor, Namaste White digs deep into our culinary roots using ingredients of dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass, peppercorns and a bit of coriander for a refreshing and sessionable experience.
“A twist on the usual witbier - complex in its aroma, simultaneously refreshing and contemplative.” - Paste
With notes of clove and subtle coriander, you'll find flavors of citrus and sweet malt, with a slightly spicy finish for a zesty mouthfeel.
Originally brewed in tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen Brewery in Belgium after a devastating setback to their business in 2009, Namaste White is a witbier bursting with good karma.

Pours slightly hazy golden with a thick white head. Aroma of oranges and citrus. Taste is typical of the style, orange and lemongrass are dominant notes. Palate contains coriander on the nose, very pleasant aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel, great beer.

Whoa. Was not expecting this brew to be a powerhouse witbier, but Dogfish nailed this pint. White bread meets the gentle clove, vanilla, and grassiness you want from a wheat ale, while the back end adds subtle lemon tartness with coriander and orange, leading to a yeasty, spicy fade. I'm not a big witbier guy, but, hell, Dogfish might have outwitted Allagash White. (Yeah, that's a terrible pun. No, I'm not sorry for it.) Tasty beer.

Bottle from IGA, Cookeville, Tennessee. Golden-yellow with a small head. Has a pleasant wheat beer character, with no added lemon needed as it has a good blast of this already in its taste. It’s lightly fruity in its nose too.

12 fl oz bottle bought in a Liquer shop somewhere in the Newark area. Unclear pale yellow in the glass, small white head. Smells yeasty with straw, citrus in the background. Taste has orange, fruity sweetness, some coriander. Low pale malt in the background. Not bad.

35cl Bottle, tfs Harmen! Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of wheat, coriander, some lemongrass, hint of orange peel. Flavour is of a classical Witbier, wheat, spice, light buttery/creamy, orange peel and coriander seed. Light bodied. Decent.
