On a quest to brew a witbier chock full of flavor, Namaste White digs deep into our culinary roots using ingredients of dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass, peppercorns and a bit of coriander for a refreshing and sessionable experience.

Originally brewed in tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen Brewery in Belgium after a devastating setback to their business in 2009, Namaste White is a witbier bursting with good karma.

Flaska från Kihoskh drucken i vårsolen. En vänlig lätt kryddad wit som känns mer amerikansk än belgisk. Det brukar inte betyda någonting bra men den här är inte dålig. Frisk, lätt syrlig men framförallt mjuk och len vete. Lättkryddad med spår av koriander men lite mer citrus och citrongräs. Riktigt trevlig.

35 cl bottle in NY. Pale color slightly hazed, not murky as usually found in the style. Aroma is spicy, with orange and spices over wheat malts, little doughy. Being almost filtered the body is thin, watery texture, astringent. Dry and a bit dusty finish. Quite ok, not tasty as expected but refreshing.

Bottle.Clear golden colour with medium white head.Aroma is smooth spicey of coriander and orange peel,light body and fresh fruity mouth feels with hint of herbs and yeast,nice refreshing and mild finish.

Draft. Clear yellow/gold body with a fizzy white head, mostly lasting. Light aroma of toasted grain, lemon, coriander, floral hops. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter and lightly tart. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Thin body, weak flavor. Just OK.

12oz bottle from Mitsuya’s in Asagaya. Drank right out of the bottle. Nice lemon zest, yuzu, nutmeg aroma. Powdery mouthfeel. Peppery and spice on the palate with a strong lemon citrus taste as well. Nice crisp finish.

Bottle @ Kristrup tasting. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, light spice, peppercorn, lemongrass, light citrus. Flavor is wheat, light sweet, lemongrass, light spice, coriands, little spice, light soapy. Thin to medium body, average carbonation. Not a fan of lemongrass. 310115
