375ml bottle I brought back from Be Hoppy. Pours a translucent garnet amber with a ring of off white head. Nose has tart cherries and some raspberry. Lemon juice too. Flavor is more clear with cherry and tons of funk. Wood here. Lemon. Grapefruit.

Glass at Volo in Toronto. Dark purple pour, like a dark plum, with a tiny purpleish head. Aroma is very tart, there is a solid blueberry flavour, but zero sweetness. light funky notes, wet hay mixed with very tart blueberries. Mouth feel and carb are soft, and full. The finish is very tart, and fruity, but again, its odd getting this blueberry flavour, but having zero sweetness attached to it. interesting to say the least.

750ml @ Phill's. Vintage 2018. Appearance: hazy dark copper with a tan head. Aroma: nice funk, minerals, lots of fruit still in aroma, some manure. Taste: along the same lines, bold, minerals, manure, quite acidic, lots of blueberries still, and blueberries skins. Overall: it has very nice complexity, I just wish it wouldn't be that acidic.

Clear deep ruby red beer, small creamy pink head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, dry, spicy, fruity. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, lots of blueberry, earthy, dry, spicy finish, ok.

The nose shows moderately intense notes of brett, dry oak, and a light black forest fruit background.

The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Highly tart with moderately intense notes of dry oak and mild black forest fruit.

Bottled. Deep ruby colour with some haze and a small pink head. Aroma is funky, farmyardy, tart berryish elements with some acidity as well. Flavour is funky, blueberries, some raspberries, mild wooden tones with some quite strong sour/tart elements too. Quite acidic as well, and as it gets a bit warmer, the acidity gets kind of sharp.

A hazed reddish copper ale with a thin lacing off pinkish head. In aroma, beautiful mix of Brett, ground cherry, horse blanket, light mineral notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid, light Brett, very nice and smooth. Bottle.

2019 vintage, pours a fairly clear dark red with a small pink head. Aroma brings out blueberry skins, gentle funk, and light leather. Flavour is quite intense, with tart blueberries, intense funk, vinous notes, and oak. Bone dry, vinous, oaky, and wild. A little sulphuric, but not too detracting. Excellent stuff.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Lior's place. 2019 bottle. Very deep red-purple, big pink head. Lots of blueberries, barnyard, oak, horse blanket, sweaty socks, tart, juicy. Great stuff.
