Bottle pour at De Lambikstoempers Bierweekend. Deep maroon color, pretty. Seedy, fruity nose, berries, cherry, grapefruit. Not sure if this is wild cranberry or a bilberry, which I have never seen. Leather, horse blanket funk. big sourness, so maybe it is a cranberry. Seeds come through, some yogurt, cherries, berries, acidity is high, with leather and dust. Interesting and delicious, but a bit painfully sour.

Bottle shared with Koelschtrinker. A hazy dark reddish purple beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of tart cherries, red grapes, brett. Taste of tart red fruits, grapes, brett, blueberries, nice.

Cardinal red beer with flamingo pink head. Intense berry nose, but also paint stripper, putty, gouache, and berry pie. Nice, cake/pie carried berry bavaroise. Paint stripper diminished to a hint. Long-lasting fruit flavours, getting intense, better and more acidic. Dry-out effect, ever-lasting flavours and lipsmacking acidity. Outstanding. 7/4/9/4/17
