IPA - Black / Cascadian Dark Regular
Score

ABV: 8.5% IBU: 80 Ticks: 132

Draft @ Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Pours very deep brown, small tan head. Aroma is pine hop and roast. Taste is massively flavoursome, lots of grainy malt, roast and chocolate with some mild hop notes. Complex and tasty.

Hazy, dark brown to black colored, floaters, medium- tan creamy head, very lasting. Aroma is some caramel, chocolate, dark malt, some licorice and bit fruity with citrus hops. Taste is medium sweet chocolate, licorice and roasted malt, fruity and citrus medium hoppy bitterness, roasty and hoppy bitter dry finish, some alcohol. Medium+ bodied, soft carbonation, creamy. I could say that I was hopping for more hops but in the end this is excellent the way it is!
