[2/6/17] Draught at Peekskill Brewery in Peekskill. Thanks Amit. Golden. Fruity hops, slightly sweetish graininess, bitterish finish, light to medium-bodied.

Draught at the brewery. Rich yellow with small foamy white head, piney hops aroma, high carbonation, hoppy taste, medium hoppy finish. Interesting but not intriguing.

Draft at Alewife, 8/2/15
Pine, spice, and a bit of citrus. Clear orange color. Minimal head, drippy lace. Tastes similar. Spice/ rye comes out a touch more in the flavor. Clean feel.

Sample at Ginger Man NYC. Slightly hazy orange-gold color with a thin white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of hops, citrus and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, grapefruit and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering citrusy hops aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Mug’s Ale House, Brooklyn tap: Pours pale orange with a white head. An aroma of tropical fruits, plenty of sweet citrus, some light pine in there too. Taste is a great combination of citrus pine and very well balanced with the malt. Peekskill when they do things right, do things right.

Delicious pale ale. Draft at ginger. Pours light yellowish orange. Lovely nose of citrus and candy. Tastes of honey, grapefruit, some pine, candied orange peel, some malt, and biscuits. Lively palate and super refreshing. Great Spring seasonal.
