Bottle. Clear, light golden in color. Medium sized quickly disappearing head. Aroma is sweet like agave syrup. Taste is sweet, corn, agave, not much barrel taste.

bottle, old rating - Clear yellow, white head, mild grainy malt aroma. Sweet, grainy flavor with a little agave. Light bodied. So it's a weak adjunct lager with a little tequila flavor. This is... not good.

This one poured a clear yellow colour with a bright white, foamy head. Scents include minimal tequila, plastic, cardboard and a little corn. First swig was quite smooth and a little creamy with sweeter flavours. A little tequila flavour along with sweet malts and a little corn. Finish is quite sweet with a light caramel flavour on the palate.

Spruce, lemon aroma. Clear golden, medium head, poor retention. Sweet lemon-lime, tequila at midpalate, chlorophenols present. Medium body, soft carbonation. Aside from the major flaw, a surprise from a brewery known for its technical merits instead of its creativity, this wasn’t half bad. I even dug the agave and tequila, even though I’m a fan of neither.

12 oz. bottle, given to me by Zach. Pale yellow, with a small, bubbly, off-white head and lots of bubbles. The nose is corn syrup, bread dough, maybe a touch of agave, and salt. Cloyingly sweet, with no hint of bitterness to cut it. Light to medium body, creamy, smooth, and sticky mouthfeel. This is not the most awful thing ever, but it is close. Some sort of lime or some light bittering hops would help a bit.

Pours a nice clear amber from a bottle. That's about as good as it gets, otherwise it's basically an alkopop, all sugary grossness. Is this even a beer?

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a slight white head. Aroma suggests lime. Not the citrus part. Maybe it’s agave? Near med body. Flavor is agave; not getting oak; it’s kind of gluey. It’s almost like there’s a lime touch. Rather unpleasant.

I liked this better than I expected, although as usual I’m offended by the label trying to disguise who the real brewer is. +++ Sampled from a 12oz clear bottle this beer poured a vibrant dark golden color with a large foamy yellow-white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy with notes of lemon-lime soda, black pepper and tequila. The flavor was tangy and sweet with lemon-lime, salt, pepper and tequila. Medium length finish. Light body. Not bad.

25 oz can from a mini market on El Segundo Blvd south of LAX. Nose is agave, tequila, and creamed corn. Clear gold with a big heavy lacing white head. Flavor is sweet, with fruity and Kix corn cereal notes.
