Clear bottle, so you can tell it’s going to probably be awful. Color is standard Mexican lager color. Aroma is splenda, gross agave notes. Virtually undrinkable.

Bottle: Pours clear, yellow-gold with a soapy white head. Lemon-lime-orange soda aroma. Grain, fruit, watery/cheap tequila/margarita flavour. Slightly salty.... Not good.... ......But.....not nearly as bad as I’d expected.

25 oz can from Albertsons. Budweiser strikes again, making up fake brewer names to pass off nonsense like this. As mentioned prior, grape Koolaid comes to mind. Some wood notes, but mostly sweet. Not even a decent malt liquor, pretty weak for that, flavored pale lager, will be tough to finish.

Bottle. A- Grains, lime. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Grains, wheat, lime, slightly sweet. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, sweet finish. O- I feel dubbed. Saw this cool bottle that said ale aged in tequila stave from a brewery I’d never heard of thinking man, this might be good. Only to find out after buying it, it was an AB beer and a pale lager not an ale with cheap tequila mixed in and certainly not aged in tequila barrels. Tasted like a cheap beer with cheap tequila and lime juice mixed in. Like a fancy version of the Lime-A-Rita. Okay, so I’m complaining a lot. And yes, it was pretty bad, but it was bearable, and might actually be good in a margarita/beer cocktail.

So this past week has been filled with highs and lows. A girl I’ve been crazy about for years came out unprompted that she wanted me, but its complicated. The situation is just not gonna allow it. Despite accepting it, I might have annoyed her by coming on too strong in my frustration. So this horrid concoction must be my punishment. What a weird funky beer mixed with margarita smell, with hint in the nose and flavor of lime, cheap beer+margarita mix, lemon furniture polish, the taste of the air in a cheap motel, the purple passion wine cooler I drank as a teen, well its just full of self-loathing and quite fitting. I should force myself to drink the whole thing and hope to avoid any drunk FB messaging.
