Breck Lager is a delightfully crisp standard American Lager. Clean and bright with the color of sunflowers, it greets you with a soft, malty, sweet aroma that's grounded by hints of grains and earth. The light maltiness comes through in flavor as well, which gives Breck Lager its satisfying body. Subtle hop character leaves a pleasant, dry finish that invites the next sip.

Saw the can, thought it said Black lager. Looked again, Breck Lager. Dang, I got excited. Well either way its a decent beer. Straw gold, moderate foamy head. Looks good in a thistle glass. Very faint herbal and grassy hop nose, similar hop flavors, light bitterness. Pilsneresque malts, dry crackery, clean. Semi-dry, a surprising amount of body for a pale lager, feels all malt, this is pretty good.

12oz can picked up at Harmons. Pours slightly cloudy golden with a medium sized white head that dissipates quickly, light lacing. Crackers, hay, grainy, citrus and mild tart. Decent.

Pour is a clear golden with a large white head. Aroma is s decent enought wet dough malt. Flavor is a bit think and watery but has a toasted grain and slight hop bite to it. While not really an exciting beer this has a few things going for it. Would be a good summertime crusher.

355ml can. (4.5% ABV) Pours a slightly hazy gold with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet aroma of toasted grainy malt, caramel and grass. Sweet flavour of toasted grainy malt, caramel, lemon and floral with a dry, crisp, bitter grass finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Clean, refreshing and easy drinking. A good lager.

12 oz can at the brewery. Pours a clear gold color with a small white head and decent retention. Good lacing. Tastes is a straight-forward lager. Pedestrian but enjoyable.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run, 6/1/16. Clear golden, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of pale malt and herbal hops. The taste is doughy malt, floral and grassy hops, a bit of citrus. Medium bodied, decent balance.

Draft: Fecal hay and grass nose. Hazy golden, medium head, nice lacing. Cleaner hay and grass flavor, rich malt presence. Medium body, harsh mouthfeel. Well hopped, rather like a north German pils

Draught @ Albion. Rich yellow with small frothy white head, faint honey aroma, medium carbonation, thin watery body, abrupt finish. Weak as lagers go.
