New Beer Distributors, NYC bottle: pours golden with small white head. Aroma is light fruitiness, sort of a Euro macro smell, bread. Taste is kind of lie a Euro macro... does this make it more truly adherent to the style. Kind of grainy bitterness. Bready. Not bad. Easy to drink, but not crazy about this.

16oz pour at CTH is a hazy gold with some cloudy white head. Nose is not that great, rotting tropical fruit, perfume, straw, some cheap malt. Flavor is overly sweet, estery, this is more Tripel than Kolsch, honey, tropical fruit. Full bodied, sticky finish. A big miss from Ithaca.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy bright yellow-gold color with a small soapy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was tangy, chalky, sweetish and had a bit of grass and perfume. The flavor was bitter, tart, grassy and perfumey. Long grass and perfume finish. Medium body. Not good.

12 ounce bottle from Wegman’s Lake Manassas, 3/31/15. Slightly hazy golden, thin fizzy off-white head. Fair retention. Aroma of bready malt, snappy herbal and grassy hops. The taste is doughy malt, tropical fruits, floral hops. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, mild lingering bitterness, decent balance.

Keg at the Village Tavern - Hammondsport. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. Simple, sugary white bread in the nose, some cereal. Medium sweet flavor, lightly syrupy, with touches of white bread, hay, cereal. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more simple, sugary and biscuity bread, some lemon meringue, white sugar. Extremely basic.

On tap at vintage and hey, no way is this 7%. Goes down way too easy, Pale yellow and has just a clean good fresh beery smell. Very good co2. First impression is a lager with some bitter biter. Yes a tad more personality than a cheap lager but almost as reserved. Some medium light bitter sets in at the finish.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow with small spongy white head, fresh citrus aroma, high carbonation, citrus flavored fresh beer, abrupt finish with slight lemon peel aftertaste. Very refreshing to drink.
