Draft at Rich Os. Light golden body. Frothy, white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma of toasted grain, grass, flowers, dough with light notes of soap. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Taste of floral hops and straw. Lingering bitterness and lingering huskiness.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright yellow color with a huge creamy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sour , tangy and grassy with touches of skunk and artificial grape. The flavor was tangy, nutty, malty with grassy and floral hops and a bit of artificial grape. Medium finish and body. Eh.

12 oz bottle. Pours clear gold with a large white sudsy head with great retention. Yeasty dough in the nose. Taste is spicy hoppy, grassy, crisp and refreshing. Lightly sweet with a dry bitter finish. Carbonation is medium-high, body medium. Tasty!

12 oz. bottle, pours a clear straw yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of grassy hops, bready malts, corn and a vegetal quality. Flavour of grassy hops, bready malts, sweet corn, with a semi-sweet hop bite on the finish. True to style, yet unspectacular.

Bottle @ home. Transparent, golden orange appearance with a sizable, pearl white head. Sweet pils malty, bready, earthy, a bit buttery, a touch floral hoppy aroma. Musty, soapy, mild corn, grassy, straw, dull pils malty, earthy, floral flavor. This is really not smooth at all. Very disappointing.

Pours a very clear, pale yellow with small head that dissipates rapidly. Very grassy aroma. Flavor is grassy and floral, with a rather unpleasant aftertaste. Maybe I’ve been drinking too many IPAs recently, but this struck me as a bit of a disappointment.

Clear gold pour - soapy, short-lived head - nose is sweet and a bit soapy, with some off-putting notes of DMS - there is some light grassy and floral notes in there, but they are swallowed up by the corn syrup-like sweetness - fairly full in the mouth and a bit unclean and overly sweet - some crackery maltiness and a snappy saaz bite on the tail end make it drinkable, but there is a lingering huskiness that is a bit unpleasant - a few decent aspects, but mostly quite messy, overly sweet, and ultimately, quite harsh on the palate - a major disappointment.

Pours pale gold into a Sam glass. Bright white soapy head recedes leaving spider lacing to coat surface. Sourdough, summer wildflowers, and rancid hay aromas. Medium bodied with sour hay upfront turning to caramel before the lasting bittersweet sourdough finish.
