Keg at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Fruity, minerally nose with elderflowers and mild citrus. Bone dry with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. White bread, elderflowers and white currant. Long bitter finish. Lacking the malt crispness needed to make such a dry beer truly enjoyable.

Tap at Opening Party. Cloudy yellow with white head. Dry, herbal with light citrus. Almost taste a little bit like alpha sprouts. Not a fan.
