Our flagship beer, and firm daily favourite, is a classic European Pale Ale. Golden, crisp and bitter with a floral aroma owing to Slovenian and Czech hop varities, carrying notes of lemonbalm, tangerine, minerals and a touch of white pepper. Modelled after the late 19th century predecessors from Burton-on-Trent, it is one of the very few examples existing of a Burton Pale Ale.

Orange golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops, malts, citrus, honey, light sour touch. Quite bitter hop flavour, fruity, citrus. Quite light body, still full enough, fruity finish, lingering bitterness.
Nice!

Pale yellow colour with a decent white head. Smells fresh, slightly soapy, flowers.. Not much smell. Tastes fresh.. Can’t really describe this one. Fresh and a bit soapy. Thin body and a very fizzy carbo. And a tad bit dry.

33 cl bottle @ home, bottled on 25 April 2012. Cloudy, golden to orange color. Firm, dense white head with good retention. Aroma’s: fresh hops, tropical fruit, citrus. Flavor is medium bitter with a hint of sweetness/sweet fruit/citrus in the background. Body is light to medium. Finishes with a firm bitterness, slightly herbal. I quite like this.

33cl Bottle at Lost Property. Hazy yellow-orange colour, big frothy white head. Aroma of flowers, light malty, hay, hint of candy, lemon. Flavour is dry, pale malts, very floral, yeasty, some candy, light sweet, dry light bitter lemon finish. Light to medium bodied, firm carbonation but not disturbing in any sense. Really nice dry and subtle floral blond ale. Recommended.
