När man smakar vår Whoppi´n IPA för första gången känner man en ordentlig smäll av humle och det var därav den fick sitt namn. I den här ölen använder vi oss av tre olika humlesorter från USA: Centennial, Cascade och Citra. Precis som i vår lager ger Cascade och Citra en smak av citrus och grapefrukt. Den rejäla smällen av humle man känner i vår IPA är från Centennial. Centennial är snarlik Cascade men är betydligt mer kraftfull i smaken.

(Bottle. 6.0%) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with apricots, caramel, toffee, butterscotch and orange peel. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of apricots, caramel, citrus peel, marmalade, resin, pine needles and a generous citric/piney bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Middle-of-the-roadish old school IPA, tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Bottled@Björntasting2018. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, earth and some herbal notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, some nectary and mild grassy notes.

Almost clear golden with medium head. Nettle aroma. Some orange in the taste. Thin body and lasting bitterness.

33cl bottle @ Bj�rntasting. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Sweet, cellary notes in aroma. Flavor has malts, cellar notes, some marmalade.

Bottle from Systembolaget in Hässelby. (6%) Hazy dark golden with a small white head. Sweetish with some grapefruit, marmelade, light grass and caramel. The finish was quite bitter.

Bottled. Hazy golden, rich coarse head. Minty tangerine aroma. Dry with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Tangerine zest, minerals and marmelade. Long bitter finish.
