Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
On tap at Founders. Cloudy yellow (barely hinting at orange) body, medium off-white head. Apricot, tangy wheat malt, and biscuit comprise the aroma. Flavor of said tangy wheat with strong apricot (and apricot skin) bite, finishing with crisp carbonation and lingering fruit skin. Not too bad, but most fruit beers tend to be of limited complexity, and this is no exception.
