Bouteille. Nez assez fruité (bananes, poires) et légèrement malté avec des notes de levures sucrées (genre gomme balloune) de miel, très léger d’alcool et d’épices. Rondeur moyenne. Goût fruité légèrement acide et sucré (bananes, et léger d’agrumes) ainsi que légèrement épicé lors de l’entrée en bouche suivi d’un goût plus sucré rappelant de miel et une légère touche d’alcool puis de malt et finalement une légère amertume (de houblon et d’alcool) et une légère aigreur (levures et fruits) s’installent et persistent jusqu’en arrière-goût. Pours a hazy looking golden colour with big long lasting white head. Very pleasant smell of herbs and fruits. Medium body with somewhat aggressive carbonation. Feels really smooth on tongue. Taste is a beautiful combination of sweet and bitter. Fruits, herbs, grass, biscuits... Lovely balance. Overall, excellent ale. Pleasant, smooth, refreshing.... Loved it.

33cl bottle. Hazy yellowy orange colour with a nice big white head. Fruity malts, yeast, hops in the aroma. Slightly sweet fruity and yeasty flavour, some spices. Mostly sweet finish, faint alcohol taste there.
