Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up online. Pours mostly clear honey-gold with a little sediment and a fluffy, white head. Tasty, with nice pale bread, a little dough, honey, marmalade, yeast. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, more doughy biscuits, nips of grass, straw, honey, faint caramel and lingering Belgian yeast. Classic stuff.

Not as good as their other beers for the style. But still pretty good, surprisingly doesn't have a huge amount of the belgian yeast flavour that I find in the most to-style examples. Craft beer store dresden.

Das Bier fand erstmals ich in einer Spezialitäten-box bei ALDI. Hier musste wohl jemand eine Überproduktion los werden... Das Bier schmeckte mir sehr gut. Es ist nur etwas zu süß, was die leichten Gewürznoten unnötig überdeckt. Ein nicht allzu kompliziertes Bier mit einfachen aber gut komponierten Aromen.

Bottle. Color is clear golden, with a big thick head. Aroma is malty, some fruit notes like apricot, sugar. Taste is a bit too on the sweet side, malts. Not too exciting, but good.

Rerate based on a checklist, old core: 7/4/7/4/16=3,8 Smell - weak bit to medium, yeast, Belgian, caramel, malt, and sweetness. Nice. Foam- thin, yeast, caramel, Belgian notes, malt, sweetness. Head is generally to the small side, white, goes away fast. Appearance- possible beer bottle cap so as colors change depending on the beer, also bottle has 'Trappist' engraved on it, all things considered, there must be a bonus. Hazy, slightly, yellow amber. From-Snifter. Taste - Belgian, malt, caramel, sweetness, banana. Decent Belgian, very malty and yeast, enough sweetness and does not feel too watered. I must keep the old score almost.

Shared bottle at home. Pours hazy deep golden with off-white head. Aroma of fruity esters. Tastes sweet with quite some bitterness. Medium bodied, highly carbonated, tart finish.
