Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a solid, white head leaving neat laces. Fruity, Bretty nose. Medium body, dry fruitiness with a citrusy touch - and then distinct notes of wild yeast. Dry, almost astringent finish. For an infected beer its actually quite nice. Quite fizzy though. 051022

Bottled at Havslätt Bistro, Oskarshamn. Cloudy amber, rich firm head. Fruity, buttery nose with a touch of citrus. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and buttery, lightly floral with notes of tangerine. Mid bitter finish.
