This ale-type beer was created for PALM brewer Alfred Van Roy’s 90th birthday. The ultimate expression of his passion for the distinct fermentation fruitiness of his personally selected PALM yeasts. A real royal treat of a beer. Its appearance is copper-coloured, with a rich, white head which clings to the glass. The aroma is reminiscent of banana; the flavour has bite with a great deal of body. The beer is slightly sweet due to the alcohol, but is nevertheless somewhat bitter and fruity too. Re-fermentation gives the beer a pleasant, dry aftertaste.

0,33 bottle. Nagy baj nincs vele. Másodjára is túlságosan "boros" volt.
***
Filled with thick, beautiful head developed, slightly unfiltered, strange dull-deep yellow color. Slightly hopy, but more of a winey aroma, with some sweet-peach side notes. Alcohol is very palatable, it suppresses beer flavors - malt, hops. I prefer cognacs, wine tickets, with fruit, but I am not in the lead in this category. Its head is preserved, sufficiently carbonated and fruity. There is nothing wrong with him. For the second time, it was too "winey."

Flesje thuis gedronken. Licht amberkleurig bier met stevige schuimkraag. Geur van een bietenkoppenkuil.... Smaak is zoet en kruidig. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

Pours golden/orange with a disappearing white head. The aroma contains yeast, orange peel, citrus, caramel and dough. It tastes light fruity sweet and light bitter. Medium body, oily texture, alcoholic and lively carbonation. Bland and not very tasty overall.
