Butilka: Chestnut-amber coloured, big loose "dirty" rocky head; caramel, herbs and exotic fruits in the mainly sweet nose; moderate sweet flavour with a distinctive bitterness, medium bodied; gets really drier in the bitter-hoppy and slightly vinous finish. Nice "cap"…

Bottle 330ml. [ As Butchers Tears Night Cap ].[ Courtesy of my European Local swap 5.0 - dEnk ]. Clear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, light hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, dry, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140705]
