400ml draught at Akkurat. Shared with Finn. Dark reddish body. Beige head, clingy lacing. Smell of beetroot and mid-sweet malt. Nicely mixed flavour profile of red fruits, red berries and beetroot added by a chocolate touch. Berry skins to the ending. Soft in the mouth. Fine depth. Likable. (Stockholm 16.01.2018).

Bottled@The Hobbit Tasting. Rubyish amber colour with a small beige head. Aroma is kind of peppery with some slight grassy and bready notes. Flavour is peppery, some toffee, mild herbal and some grassy notes.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av humle, malt, citrus, röda bär, örter med svaga toner av rödbeta och jord. Viss syrlighet, lagom sötma, fruktig, fin beska med smak av citron och citrusskal.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 24 Jan 2014) Hazy reddish amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with caramel, red fruit and hints of beetroot. Malty, fruity taste with notes of red fruit, citrus, beetroot, caramel and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with balanced sweetness. Interesting and quite tasty, with the beetroot staying in the background, but giving the beer a slightly earthy, vegetal character. Nice one.

Deep ruby color, steady small off-white head. Peppery hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied. Flavor is also a bit peppery with sweet caramel. Good malty background.

Sampled draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival 2013, on September 28 (Saturday). At the Adelsö stand.Hazy red color, off-white head. Sweet, fruity, spicy scent. Sweet, spicy taste. Lemon aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness.
