As part of the Reserve Series, the brewers discovered some "lost" barrels hidden in the back corner of the warehouse. They set aside this special 100% barrel-aged version of Mirror Mirror for occasions such as the Holiday Ale Festival. Lucky you!

On tap at Beer Junction. Vintage 2014. Pours a hazy amber with a tan head. Aroma and taste are very sweet, dark fruits, candies, candied fruits and hoppy bitterness. Quite oversweet, but good, though.

Bomber courtesy of someone I don’t remember. Pours tiny hazy pale amber with a frothy goldenish offwhite head that leaves some sparse trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty and slightly fruity with caramel, toffee, vanilla fudge, grape must, roasted nuts, hay and hints of alcohol. Taste is sweet, slightly bitter, malty and slightly fruity. Mouthfeel is soft, velvety, round, slightly boozy and medium to full bodied. Finish is sweet and slightly bitter with caramel, toffee, vanilla fudge, grape must, moist wood and alcohol. Cool complex grape must character. Like it!
