A blend of hot and mild Anaheim chiles infused in a refreshing lager. Tommyknockers slipped into the mining camps of Idaho Springs in the 1800 with the discovery of gold in our mountains and streams. These elves though hardly seen, were often heatrd stirring, singing and working. They guided many fortunate miners from harm’s way and the gold they sought.

Bottle: Clear gold with small white head. Scent is sort of like an extra mild jalapeno juice....raw green pepper. Taste is pretty much the same....peppers, but no heat....very vegetal..... Not exactly appealing.

12oz bottle. Filtered tan body, thin patchy off-white head. Nice green vegetal chili pepper aroma. They really succeeded in incorporating the chili pepper taste into a clean, easy drinking, refreshing lager. Kind of nails it in that regard. For me though, I would have liked to see more chili tones. I am almost searching for them. I could drink a few of these. Pretty solid offering overall.

From a bottle this has a green veggie aroma. Perhaps like asparagus. Taste is surprisingly not as bad as I thought it would be. Actually not a bad tasting beer but was hoping for a little more heat, yes, a little more heat would make it more interesting. Sometimes that not hot pepper thing is a little annoying but overall not bad.
