We’ve been monkeying around with the eye-catching New England IPA style to create this smooth drinking APA (American Pale Ale) that’s low on bitterness and high on hop juice and fruity aroma. Brewed with flaked barley for a ‘craft cloudy’ look and smoother mouthfeel.

Draught @ Akkurat. Interesting APA with notes of darker fruits rather than citrusy and with a tropical pineapple twist. Also notes of flour and toasted caramel.

Keg at Akkurat, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, rich firm head. Lychee, passionfruit and notes of dough up front. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Pink grapefruit and passionfruit dominates. Mid bitter finish. Harmonious.

Where: Akkurat, Stockholm.
Appearance: Amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Citrus, some fruit, caramel, hops.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Citrus, fruit, caramel.
