Flaske fra Gulating Vestkanten, hjemme: lett uklar korngul med kort skum. Fin BW-aroma med (citrus)syre og malt. Skarp, god smak preget av citron og malt med fin avrunding. God munnfylde. Lett og frisk ettersmak. Mye å glede seg over i butikkstyrkeøl for tiden!

On tap @ Bergen Ølfestival 2016. Pours cloudy, light yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is tart lactic acid, and musty fruits. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart lactic acid, stone fruits and citrus peel.

Small fizzy shortlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is strange sour-ish fruity, old sour grass, soda powder, passionfruit, sulfur, sour grain, popcorn, minerals, rotten leafs. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, fruit stones, sour grass, passionfruit, minerals, hay, soda powder, sorrel, paper, weeds, unripe berries. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish dry mouthfeel. The aroma kills the mood...
