25 cl. draft @ Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas // light yellowish amber, close to clear, huge creamy white head // smells of American pine hops, clean, sharp, rounded with a vague lemon peel edge, could be lemongrass but not necessary, almost floral // taste is clean sharp, lemon peel mellow & once again not necessary lemongrass, touch grass, it is funny I am getting lemon & grass but not necessary lemongrass, I can pick it out maybe but don’t think I would have without the name, mellow lemon peel bitterness, plenty of pale malts, bitter grass & dash lemon peel, American hops are definitely more aromatic here than anything else // cork dry, nicely bitter, this is a quite lovely summer beer // a lot better than score appears to indicate, this is exactly what it strives to be in intend or at least that is how I feel

Draft @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas.

On tap at Henrik, Bergen. Pours a clear light yellow colour with a small off-white head. Aromas of lemon, soap and grass. Light flavours of hay, grass and grains. Slick mouthfeel, and light bitterness. An okay ale, and is easy-drinking.

Fra fat på Cardinal: apa med en anelse sitrongress, et lettdrikkelig og forfriskende sommerøl. Håper det blir fast inventar på Cardinal.

Draught on Copenhagen Beer Festival 2012. A really refreshing dry citric pale ale. I would love this ale a warm summer day. Thin body, clear lemongrass touch, wheat, little bitterness.

Draught @ Ølfestival København 2012
Aroma feels like a witbier with citron and hints of wheat. Flavour is rather simple with wheat and hints of citrus. Very straightforward and somewheat watery stuff, could work for a thirst.
