Cervisiska is our collaboration brew with the Durango, Colorado-based Ska Brewing Company. Cervisiska is brewed with oats, wheat, and our characteristic malt profile. The beer is then hopped with massive doses of Citra, and then fermented with the Belgian Ardennes yeast strain. We then add juice from sea buckthorn, with lends the beer an extra fruity nose.

Cervisiska is best consumed fresh, but it will also tolerate storage better than a normal pale ale. Cervisiska is also gluten reduced.

Lekker bitterhet i avslutningen. Noe belgisk saisonpreg i tillegg, og det kan jeg godt like!

A precious little gem this one. Complex and tasty.
Unclear orange golden color with a fine off white head. Ok lacing. Looks good in my eyes this one. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a fine carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Also some acidity that makes it quite fresh and nice. You can use some time on the flavor if you really want a monster rating. Lots of goodies. Well mixed malt flavor, Belgian yeast, grapefruit/citric hoppy, tropic, pine and bready stuff. Flavor ends in a long tail.

07.06.2016, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Big bubbly mediumlasting head, very hazy. Aroma is slightly sweet foresty, leafs, weeds, moss, grass, hops, alcohol, citrus peel, minerals, light malts, hay, flowers, yeast, pine needles. Taste is dry grassy, weeds, minerals, grass, leafs, alcohol, citrus peel, pine needles, hay, light malts, hops, bark, moss. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh mouthfeel, soft fizzy carbonation. Not my cup of tea.

Tåkete lys brun med høyt beige skum. Citraen kjenner man godt, sitrusskall og korn. Lett til middels fylde. Skummelt lettdrikkelig til å være 5,9%. Grapebitter, middels lang avslutning.
