Tap. Queens Head, King’s Cross. Slightly murky, pale copper colour. Messy, sticky, pale cream head. Very juicy, boiled sweet, damp, dank hop. Some lovely woody, resinous notes. Taste is chewy sweet, turning surprisingly moderately bitter. Juicy, fairly light palate, considering the ABV. Finishes lightly spicy, lasting bitter. Dangerously drinkable.

New Beer Distributors, NYC bottle: Judging from the lack of reviews in the past month, I am thinking I may be having an older than optimal bottle. Pours is really, really nice: hazy amber with a creamy, cream-coloured head. Aroma is pretty nice too: quite earthy. Taste is malty, but with the distinct hops still in place. Very minimal aftertaste. This is a very mild DIPA or it is one that is way past its prime. I can’t tell. That said, it is perfectly fine.

Tap (Szynkarnia, Wroclaw). Piwo o ciemno zlotej barwie z kremowa, gesta, bialo-zolta piana, trwala i genialnie krazkujaca. No juz sam widok podnieca. Aromat chmielowy, cytrusowy, owoce tropikalne z bardzo subtelnymi nutami alkoholu, przyjemnie drazni powonienie. Tresciwe w smaku, slodowe z mocna podbudowa chmielowo-cytrusowa. Goryczka na srednim poziomie, dobrze zbalansowana ze slodycza. Alkohol swietnie ukryty, przyjemnie rozgrzewa od srodka. Posmak slodko-goryczkowy, przyjemnie oblepia podniebienie. Piwo pomimo swojej mocy pije sie swietnie. Jak zwykle To Ol nie zawodzi.

opalescent orange colour, huge, creamy yellowish head, which lasts for several minuter; aroma of orange zest, grpefruit and some resiny notes; taste is the same supported by adequate maltyness; great DIPA!

Bottle. Copper golden color, firm white head. Aroma of grassy pine. Wonderful taste of caramelised malt, crisp, pine, peach, with a bitter hoppy, yet also fruity finish. Soft mouthfeel. Really good.
