(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 29 Sep 2017) Amber colour with brief head. Fruity, smoky nose with notes of honey, juniper berries, smoke and hints of old sweaty socks. Fruity, tart taste with smoke, juniper berries, citrus and sweet gale. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Interesting, tart, spicy and smoky. Quite nice.

Unclear dark golden color with a fine off white head. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a fine carbonation level. Decent mellow sweetness. Honey, herbal and smoked flavor. Decent nice brew although I am not a big smoked fan.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy copper colour, no head. Unusual lemony nose with smoke and thyme. Tart and rather slender, juniper smoke, mild herbal honey. A very interesting mix of gotlandsdricke and dry mead. Shockingly different, but yet drinkable and complex.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer &WF, first weekend, 2016.Cloudy orange color, very small white head. Juniper, sassafras, smoked, acidic scent. Acidic, tart, wood, hints of sassafras taste. Wood, wheat dough aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness.
