(Bottle) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with hay, white bread, apricots, peaches, elderflower and a touch of lemon. Fruity, slightly spicy taste with notes of white bread, hay, peaches, lemon peel, honey and a gentle floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced, but hardly daring. Quite nice.

33cl bottle from Systembolaget, Västerås. Pours clear golden with a modest, white head. Fruity and yeasty with slightly spicy notes. Moderate sweet with mild flavours, but fairly pleasant.

Bottle from systembolaget. A decent white saison. Looks nice, smells decent, taste is nice. Quite tart finish / some lager. not delicious however drinkable.

Bottled on May 15, 2017.Hazy pale straw yellow color, small white head. Yeast spicy, light phenolic, some citrus notes scent. Nice dry bitterness that complements the beer. Yeast peppery, malty, dry, spicy, nice taste. Medium high CO2, full body.

Bottle. Has a slightly hazy straw yellow colour with a big white head. Belgian yeast in the aroma along with spices, peppermint, grass, lime and hay. The flavor is similar but with more fruit and Belgian yeast, spices, hay and some lime. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light to medium body. A fresh and fruity saison.

Bottled (thanks KS). Yellow colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is some spices, yeast and mild zesty and citrusy notes. Flavour is citrusy, some yeast, mild spices, herbs and quite grassy.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow with a white head. Very yeasty aroma, a little flowery too. Medium body, completely dominated by the massive yeast and an underlying tartness. A very rough and unrefined Saison - only for extreme yeast lovers. 180117

Unclear yellow color with a fine white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Mild acidity and a semi dry texture. Mild yeast profile, citric, herbs and biscuit in the flavor.
