(Bottle) Copper colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, smoky nose with dried fruit (figs, dates), toffee, smoked ham, orange peel and caramel. Malty, smoky taste with notes of caramel, dried fruit, smoked meat, tobacco, some coffee, orange peel and a balanced spicy, citric bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced smoked bock. Nice one.

Flaska från SB. Gyllenröd lite amberliknande, klar med gräddigt lågt skum. Anonym men mjuk rökig doft, trä, säd och bröd. Fin smakbild med lite gräddig munkänsla men tunn och med väldigt sparsamma smaker vilket är synd för smakbilden är fin.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, ekträ, rök, torv med toner av charkuterier. Lagom sötma, fina smaker men med en frätande kolsyra som känns väldigt obehaglig (hoppas inte det är rengöringsmedel). Denna stickande känsla drar tyvärr ner betyget, kanske fått en dålig flaska :-(

Bottled SBWF. Hazy copper colour, coarse head. Mild salami aroma. Mid sweet with medium-full and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and smoked ham. Mildly warming mid bitter finish.

Sample at SBWF 2016. Amber with a medium head. Aroma and taste of like smoke, malt, bread and some caramel. The body was medium and the bitterness fairly low.
