Lager - one of the most refreshing beer styles out there. At Beer Studio we wanted to take things a step further, adding freshly grated lime zest to a modern mix of juicy citrusy US hops to give this lager its ultra-exhilarating edge. Easy on the eye and the ABV. With food or without. It doesn’t really matter. Because any time is #limetime.

Originally inspired by a collaboration brew with the awesome Nook Restaurant in Stockholm we’ve created a new kind of lager at a moderate 4.7% ABV that you can enjoy in the company of good friends yet is still packed with the intensity and excitement of flavours and aromas that define modern craft beer.

Hazy pale amber color, good off-white head and some lace. Tropical fruits and citrus in the nose. Light-bodied. Tropical fruits, pineapple, dill and citrus. Simple fruity "modern lager".

How: Draught.
Where: Oliver Twist, Stockholm.
Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Citrus, hops, grass.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Citrus, hops, some fruit.

Flaska från SB, lokala sortimentet. En fruktig lager som bjuder på tropiska frukter och en citruszestig smak med lätt beska. Lite sötma finns där som bär smakerna men den är ändå relativt torr. Trevlig, välbalanserad, fräsch med rena fina smaker. Riktigt trevlig.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av humle, citrus, gräs, persika, jäst med toner av lime. Torr, lagom sötma, lätt kropp, fin beska med smak av citrus.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Slightly hazy golden with frothy white head. Zingy lime aroma with bread, lemongrass and grass. Taste is similar with lime and lemongrass dominating. Light carbonation and a zesty, slightly bitter finish.

Draft @ Bishops Arms Gustav, Malmö. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy peachy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy peachy finish.

On tap at Oliver Twist. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, light hops and some hay. Similar taste. Also light notes of "metal". Kind of light and with a medium bitter finish.

Keg at BrewDog Kungsholmen, Stockholm. Hazy golden, small head. Zesty citrus aroma. Dry and slender with clean, crisp mouthfeel. Grass and citrus. Balanced bitter finish.
