Keg at The Pint Shop, Cambridge, Monday 5th September 2016 Wow £7.60 a half must be one of the most expensive beers that I’ve purchased in a pub. Anyway after the shock of the price, this is a good beer, reddy dark amber in colour with a tan head, it’s quite hazy also. Chewy monster of a DIPA, sweet with good hoppiness though it’s edging towards Barley Wine territory. Fruity with fig and date most prominent, like this, it’s decent, it’s just the price that’s scaryA7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

20th August 2016
Hazy deep amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Malts are sweetish with a nice fruity caramel streak, a little toffee to boot. Cooling pine hops. Nice red berries, strawberry evident. Mild sweetish marmalade. Light semi dry finish bring a savoury note and some floral bitterness. All comes together very well. Something of the barleywines about it but there is plenty of hop satisfaction.

On tap at BrewDog Södermalm. Hazy amber with a white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, citrus, light herbs and something that reminded of coffee. The finish was bitter.
