Bottle at NK Bar. Hazy orange color, small white head. Peachy fruity and yeasty aroma. Medium-bodied. Quite yeasty. Apple, grape fruityness. Dry Champagne-like finish. A bit yeasty messy.

Bottle at 2015 Sweet & Sour.Hazy straw yellow color, small white head. Sweet, sugary, phenolic scent. Sweet, spicy, herbal, yeasty taste. Spicy aftertaste. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, very low bitterness.

Bottle courtesy of tkrjukoff. Pours hazy pale golden with a frothy white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny fruity estery and slightly spicy phenolic with crackers, freshly baked white bread, cereal, banana, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, allspice, orange zest and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, slightly bitter, tiny fruity estery and slightly spicy phenolic. Mouthfeel is soft, champagne-like, dry and medium bodied. Finish is slightly bitter with crackers, white bread, green banan, hay, dry soil, pepper corns, orange zest and lemon zest. Solid saison! Refreshing!
