Kristoffel Blond is a top fermented blond beer brewed with barley malt, unmalted cereals, sugar and especially selected aromatic hop varieties. It has a full body, a rich aroma and a good balanced body-bitterness.

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear copper/amber pour, thin soapy white layer on top. Minimal lacing on the glass. Malty nose, a bit stale, caramel, mild fruity. Thin body, medium to high carbonation. Average mouthfeel, a bit prickly, light texture. Mild sweet taste with alcohol bitter notes. Aroma of yeast, caramel malt, sugar. Candy. Herbal notes, mild spicy. Lingering alcohol, slight burn on the tongue. A bit sticky. Medium lasting finish, liquory and a bit dry. Average at best.

Bottle. Golden color. Soft grainy aroma with hints of fruit and floral notes. Grainy sweetish perfumed flavor, rather flat. Drinkable, but mediocre.

Bottle. Clear golden ale. Good white head. Aroma: seet malts, candy, yeast. Medium body. Sweet malty taste. Spicy yeast. Hollow watery ending. Disappointing.

Bottled 330ml. -from local Konzum supermarket. Clear golden coloured, small airy white head, mild yeasty nose. Sweet malty, light spicy yeasty, mild fruity and notes of yeast in dry sweetish finish. Usual Blond.

Clear medium amber colour, small frothy white to off-white head, mostly diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma sweet malts, grain, caramel, candy sugar. Taste light heavy sweet, slightly bitter, malty, grainy, sugary. Sweetbitter aftertaste, spicy notes, bit metallic, medium body, flat mouthfeel, oily texture, average carbonation, not great.

Pours clear blonde, not much head. Smell is metallic and a bit sweet. Taste is bit bitter , grainy, sweet, sugar. Weak.

Bottle courtesy of Deanso. Poured a crystal clear light amber with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is sweet,sickly sugary malt. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light metallic, light citrus, mineral hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation.
