The specific taste of this stout, which also contains two kinds of real fruits – cherries and plums, has a definite effect on the senses already at the first tasting. This foreign stout’s malt character and wooden barrel flavor are perfectly balanced by the aromas of the fruits.

Bottled. Deep amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is cherries, some mild alcohol, ripe fruits as well as some slight toffeeish notes. Flavour is cherries, some slight plum and mild toffee to it. Hides the alcohol rather well in the flavour.

Bottled 330ml. -from Sörspecialista.hu, Budapest. Black coloured, small to medium sized brown head, chocolate and hint of marzipan in the nose. Light roasted malt, mild coffee and sweet fruity (plums mainly) taste with notes of marzipan and alcohol. Maybe a bit too fruity but otherwise nice brew.

almost black colour, minimal to practically no brownish head; aroma of coffee and dried fruits (cherry and plum); taste of coffee, roasted malt, sour cherry (that’s OK so far) and...sugar...LOTS OF UNBALLANCED SUGAR, which almost totally destroys the harmony of taste; it was a huge mistake to add dextrose (or at least, too much dextrose) to it!

Túlságosan gejl, ídes, cukros, ó meggyszirup. Vállalhatatlan és ihatatlan. Nem jó.

0.33l bottle. Black body, thin brown head. Aroma of sherry some dark fruits with a tiny bit of coffee maybe. Taste of cherry, dark fruits with some roastyness. A really good beer, I hope it’s not going to be a one shot like the Szent Klára.
