A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, sirup, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and sirup, leading to a dry finish.

5,0% ABV.

Backlog January 2010. Dim, pale golden body under a creamy white head. Aroma is grainy and has some mild, general fruitiness. Taste is mild, light grainy with relatively refreshing fruit but too weak and uninspired. Medium to light bodied and short in aftertaste. Rather boring.

(Bottle) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of white bread, hay, honey, pineapple and lemon peel. Malty taste with white bread, honey, citrus peel, grass and hay. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fairly low bitterness. Fresh and tasty, but hardly special. Hard to pinpoint any birch. Enjoyable.
