Boulevard Single-Wide IPA is our take on a style that originated in 18th century Great Britain. This American version boasts a heady combination of six varieties of hops, some of which were employed for dry-hopping.

Bottle from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear gold with a finger of foam that lingers, then dissipates. Some light sweet grain but a kinda oxidized with papery cardboard note, grainy malt and not much hop character left. Some earthiness and grassy notes on the palate. Could be a lot better potentially.

Okay IPA, more green and herbal than I care for, leaning more English than American except for the piney flourish at the finish. Pale malts add a cracker-thin sweetness, while the hops swerve Noble as they fade, gaining a flowery soap tone on the back end. Beautiful pint, though, and the creamy, easygoing texture is nice. Enjoyable but forgettable.

Bottle from Marks & Spencer. Slightly hazy amber, with a small, yet tight, head. Aroma of sweet orange fruit, citrus hops and rich malts. Flavour had more crystallised oranges, heavy maltiness and a dry finish with the booze prominent. A good American IPA.
